What PharmaLink Is
PharmaLink is a software platform for medical practices that dispense medications to their own patients. The platform records what is on your shelf, produces a compliant label at the point of care, tracks every dispense to a named patient, and reports controlled substances to your state’s PDMP.
PharmaLink does not sell, source, own, warehouse, ship, or bill for medications, and does not arrange or broker their purchase. Your practice buys medications directly from suppliers you select and contract with, under your own licenses. What PharmaLink provides is the software you use after those medications arrive.

Dispensing in 15 to 30 Seconds
Once you are live, dispensing a prepackaged medication takes 15 to 30 seconds. Scan the barcode, confirm the patient and directions, and print. Each dispense produces a compliant prescription label, a receipt, and a patient information sheet, and built-in safeguards verify that you are dispensing the correct, unexpired item every time. Patients can also open an accessible version of their label from a QR code link on the package — a clear, readable page with translation support for patients who prefer another language.
Behind the scenes, real-time inventory management updates your stock with every dispense, and automatic PDMP reporting transmits controlled-substance data in every state where PharmaLink operates.
