Connected to the Systems You Already Use

PharmaLink is dispensing software, not a medication supplier. The platform integrates with supplier product data and the clinical and business systems around it — your purchasing decisions stay entirely yours.

Why the Integration List Matters

Most in-office dispensing companies are repackagers first and software companies second. They supply the medications, and their software exists to sell them. That works right up until the moment you want a product they do not carry, find a better price elsewhere, or hit a backorder — and then the model works against you.

PharmaLink is built the other way around. We are a software company only: we do not sell, source, ship, or bill for medications, and we do not place or arrange orders on your behalf. You purchase directly from whichever wholesaler, repackager, compounding pharmacy, or manufacturer you choose, under your own licenses. Whatever you buy is tracked in PharmaLink exactly the same way — same lot and expiration records, same patient dispense log, same compliant label.

Medication Suppliers

Supplier Product Data, Ready to Import

The platform recognizes product and barcode data from the suppliers below, so items you have purchased are matched on receiving and tracked by lot and expiration without manual entry. Listing a supplier is a statement about software compatibility, not a recommendation, endorsement, or supply relationship — vetting and contracting with a supplier is your practice's decision.

  • A-S Medication Solutions

Barcoded prepackaged product data imported for scan-based receiving and lot tracking.

  • PD-Rx Pharmaceuticals

Unit-of-use product and barcode data recognised at receiving and at the point of dispense.

  • NuCare Pharmaceuticals

Repackaged branded and generic product data mapped to your inventory records.

  • BRP Pharmaceuticals

Prepackaged generic product data mapped to your inventory records.

  • Medivant Healthcare

Injectable and essential medication product data for inventory and lot tracking.

  • Foothills Professional Pharmacy

Prepackaged product data supporting specialty and primary care inventories.

  • American Mail Order Pharmacy

Mail-order pharmacy your practice can route prescriptions to, with fill and shipment status returned to the platform.

Certified by Surescripts

ePrescribing

Certified on the Surescripts Network

Surescripts operates the network nearly all U.S. electronic prescribing runs on, connecting prescribers, pharmacies, and health systems. Certification is not a logo you can simply adopt — it means the platform has been tested against Surescripts' technical and quality requirements for the transaction types it supports.

The PharmaLink platform is Surescripts certified for new prescriptions (NewRx), renewal requests (RxRenewal), change requests (RxChange), cancellations (CancelRx), and fill notifications (RxFill) — all from the same platform your team dispenses in. Prescriptions can route to a patient's outside pharmacy, to your own shelf, or to mail-order fulfillment, and every transaction lands in the patient's record.

Platform Integrations

Networks, Systems, and Services

Dispensing does not happen in isolation. PharmaLink connects to the clinical, compliance, and back-office systems your practice already runs.

  • Surescripts

Certified connection to the Surescripts network for electronic prescribing — new prescriptions, renewals, changes, cancellations, and fill notifications.

  • AdvancedMD

EHR integration with patient import, so demographics and prescriptions reach the dispense queue without double entry.

  • State PDMP databases

Automatic controlled-substance reporting in every state where PharmaLink operates — no export-and-upload step.

  • PrintNode

Cloud label printing that routes each label to the right printer at the right location.

  • SAML single sign-on

Connects to your identity provider, so staff sign in with existing credentials and lose access the moment they are deprovisioned.

For Technical Teams

Do Not See Your System? Build the Connection.

PharmaLink ships a documented REST API with full OpenAPI documentation, self-service API keys, and outbound webhooks signed with rotating secrets. Endpoints cover accounts and users, patients and providers, the inventory catalog, the dispense log, and mail-order operations — enough to wire PharmaLink into an EHR, a practice management system, or your own product.
